1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of use are intended to provide the legal framework for the terms and conditions of making the Koalizz service available and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the User. Any registration or use of the service implies acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these Terms by the user.
2. Definitions
User: any person who uses the site or one of the services offered by the site. User Content: data transmitted by the User within the site. Member: the User becomes a member when identified on the site. Login and password: information necessary to identify a User on the site.
3. Service Access
The service is freely accessible in trial version for 6 months to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service are at their expense. Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services.
4. Data Collection
The site ensures the User collection and processing of personal information in respect of privacy in accordance with law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms. The User has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition of their personal data.
